What's your favorite activity, hobby or creative outlet?
I love dancing to Latin music, especially merengue, salsa, and cumbia, as it allows me to express creativity and stay energized. Traveling is another passion of mine, as it exposes me to new cultures and experiences.

My superpower is leading with patience, empathy, and intention
What makes working with young children special to you?
Their natural love for learning reminds me daily why early childhood education matters. Children bring curiosity, imagination, and joy into every moment of the day. Even the smallest interactions become meaningful.
